BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. BOOKING. The booking must be maid in writing or by e-mail.
2. DEPOSIT. All bookings must be accompanied by the
appropriate (non refundable) deposit of 50%.
IT IS IMPORTANT to pay the balance not later than 4 weeks prior
to departure, or your booking
will be cancelled. We reserve the right to treat the booking
as a cancellation by you if the
balance has not been received 4 weeks prior to your departure.
3. EXPENCES. Heating and water is incl. in the rent.
4. CANCELLATION. In case of cancellation, please write to or
E-mail us. Cancellations will only be accepted in writing from the
signatory, and will be effective from the date it is received.
5. INSURANCE. The apartment and its belongings has been
insured by us. If you want to insure your private property, you
have to do this yourself. We take no responsibilty for any damage
or loss by the use of the pool or the pool-area.
6. CLEANING. When you leave the apartment, the cleaner has to
be paid directly, i.e. it comes in addition to the rent
